StreamHub Comet Server 2.0.11 Release

This minor release of StreamHub Reverse Ajax & Comet Server brings with it a few bug fixes and full Unicode support. The major changes are listed below:

• Unicode support for international charsets.
• Fixes for the connection listener in Firefox 2+ & 3+.
